The Zenith Solutions Data Quality Dashboard addresses some of the major issues currently plaguing data quality and data governance in the market today – lack of visibility and urgency by the business and lack of transparency around accountabilities and the effectiveness of the data governance structure.

The DQ Dashboard addresses this by exposing the organisation’s most significant data quality issues by aligning them to the organisation’s business objectives and KPI’s and identifying tangible and intangible costs the data quality issues are creating. This is presented in a Chief Executive or Senior Leadership dashboard which raises the awareness of what data quality is actually costing the business right now. This then enables leaders and managers to make informed investment decisions on addressing their data quality and trend how the implementation of those decisions are improving the data quality and reducing the costs on the organisation.

The Data Quality Dashboard presents four layers of reporting that are all linked from top to bottom and aligned to the Data Governance structure – Chief Executives, Data Owners, Data Stewards and low level business rules. This structure provides transparency on each level of data governance ensuring accountability by members of the governance team.
