Zenith was formed in 2008, with the belief that the Australian market lacked an organisation with a single minded focus on Information Management:
- an organisation which treated all aspects of Information Management as a discipline
- an organisation which took the cultivation of career Information Management professionals as the cornerstone of providing the best outcomes to their clients
- an organisation who saw it as their duty to provide highly trained subject matter experts to their clients
Zenith was established to be that organisation to our clients - the organisation that provides the best experience and outcomes possible on every engagement.
So what sets us apart and ensures the success of our clients?
A single-minded focus on Information Management, meaning we don’t try to be all things to all people, we have the right focus to ensure our clients success.
Zenith treat Information Management as a discipline. We have the right people, with a team of highly trained specialists, from strategists through to data quality specialists. We attract, develop and retain the best people, with the view that by investing in our greatest asset (our people) we will provide better services to our clients and be a better organisation to work for.
We have a strong knowledge sharing and collaborative culture, with internal vehicles for support and communication to overcome issues and roadblocks. This approach provides a deep support model for each of our consultants, and in turn provides a deep support model for each project, with strong benefits and the right support for our end clients.
Despite Zenith being a vendor agnostic organization we have developed strong relationships with a number of major vendors through implementation activities. Zenith has deep subject matter expertise in each vendors' products and understand the nuances of delivering solutions using them, culminating in valued partnerships.
